Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words with respect to which the initial letter is capitalized are defined under the following conditions. Meanings of the terms defined in the next few sections shall apply irrespective of whether they are expressed in singular or plural form.

Translation Interpretation
In the event when We make these Terms & Conditions available, you will notice that perhaps these texts have been translated. In case of any dispute, you agree that the English version shall dominate and control.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms, including those that underpin the Agreement, are permanent, but parties may have additional or new Terms which shall more or less govern the agreement.
